We just enjoyed a lovely vacation in Jamaica all thanks to Paradise in Your Palm! I know it was not easy coordinating with 4 different couples to make it all happen but Erin went above and beyond. Traveling internationally at this time can be very stressful and ever changing, but every question, concern or change of travel times was handled immediately and with a smile. Erin made our vacation her top priority and we were so greatful for her. We stayed at Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay and it was gorgeous! The scenery, rooms, the food and drinks were all wonderful. We had a wonderful experience and Erin was a big part of that. Thanks again Paradise in Your Palm!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Erin and her spectacular team. My husband and I and family had planned a trip in 2020 to go on a cruise. That was obviously canceled so when we decided to reschedule we reached out to Paradise in your palm. From beginning to end the process was seamless, she was there for any questions or concerns. It was a little tricky because we had credit and a lot of different moving parts but she handled it with ease. Highly recommend Erin and Paradise in your palm. Definitely will use her again and will recommend her to friends and family.

Erin was such a big help with planning our baby moon. She was so knowledgeable and super friendly. She really does go out of her way to find you the best deal. Also she’s very patient. Erin booked us a 4 night stay at Secrets Cap Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and it was breathtaking! It was an adults only all inclusive resort and it was so peaceful and relaxing despite it being spring break. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. It was very clean and the food was amazing! We will definitely be going back.

- Just got home from the most AMAZING week EVER, with our family! Traveling is something I have not done much of. So trying to plan a trip to places you have never been for a family of 6 can make me anxious. After the past few years not traveling my husband and I decided it was time to take a family vacation. Because of our love for water and the wide range of entertainment on a cruise we decided that booking a cruise was perfect for our family. Once we made that decision the person I reached out to was Erin, no question. She immediately went to work to find us an incredible deal, grabbing discounts, freebies, onboard credits, and more. The whole process was extremely easy and I didn’t have to spend every evening for months on end researching and putting together the perfect trip. All I had to do was contact Erin and the rest was AMAZING!!!

I worked with Erin at Paradise in Your Palm Travel Agency to plan a bachelorette party for nine girls in Cabo and she was absolutely fantastic! I had no idea where to start when it came to planning this trip and she not only walked me through every step of the process, but made it fun and engaging along the way. At this point, I've been in contact with Erin on this particular trip for over a year and a half and she feels like a close friend! She helped us find a great all-inclusive that worked with everyone's budget, book restaurant reservations, a private boat tour, transportation to and from the airport, and she even sent us the most adorable gifts for all the girls' gift bags. The ease of everything we did was 100% because of her planning. Shuttles were waiting or available wherever we went, our tickets were waiting at every hotel & tour, our itinerary was flawless and our trip was seamless. We took tours & visited areas between Anchorage & Seward by the Alaska Railway, a seaplane (Rust’s Company Tour), cruise tours, by foot, shuttles & rafts!! It was more fun than I can describe & we all wished we had more days/time & more money to spend visiting there!! THANK YOU, ERIN! Trip was awesome & we loved it!! Erin helped streamline our Hawaiian Vacation. She researched our options to explore the islands with comfort and ease. She connected us with Perillo Tours. I booked my first cruise with Thomas from Paradise In Your Palm Travel and I am sure glad I did! He found the perfect first cruise for me. He was very good with communicating. He helped me the entire way from planning to booking to boarding and all the way thru to disembarking. I will be using his services every time I travel.

Thank you, Erin! We just returned from a spectacular Viking Danube Cruise. It started with a last-minute Lufthansa strike that could have been the end. (No flights to Germany.) Erin was on it and we made it to our River Cruise with only a few hours delay. It was so wonderful to have Erin looking out for us. Now I can look forward to the next trip she planned for us. We go on a Canadian Rookies Tour next month. Erin was also able to get Viking to credit us for the airplane issues. She will be helping us use this for another Viking Cruise.
